Sports have been around for centuries, There have been debates to what was the first sport recorded in history. Evidence from britannica shows that wrestling dated back 15,300 years ago. Paintings and illustrations were found in caves of men in the stance from 7000 B.C in Mongolia and 6000 B.C in Libya (britannica.com/ wrestling/sports).

A papyrus fragment (which was used as writing material from a plant) , was found with instructions on how to wrestle in 100-200 A.D. While some historians state that running was the first sport, It actually wasn't put in the category of sports until 776 BCE. There isn't even enough evidence to support that running was first a competitive sport.

Wrestling  was first developed by the ancient Greeks as a way to train for hand to hand combat.  It was the most popular event in the ancient Greek games with winners being recorded since 708 B.C In 1896 in the modern olympic games, wrestling became the focus of the games because '' organizers considered it to be historically significant'' stated in the article '' national wrestling hall of fame'' ( The oldest sport).

Today there are many different types of wrestling like freestyle, sumo and samno. The techniques and the rules are of course changed but wresting still has a impact after hundreds of centuries.

The  human body replaces itsself every 7- 10 years and sometimes often. There are over 75 trillion cells in the body. Organs like the intestines, skin, liver and bones all replace themselves whether its every few years or weekly. The most important cells replace themselves faster. we all may have the questioned why the body replaces itself or how the body replaces itself. The body makes new cells in different ways. one way is by a process called mitosis, when a parent cell splits into two new cells and those cells are called daughter cells which are copies of the original cell. Another way the body replaces itself is stem celling. They are usually in the lowest amount. Cells like blood cells and nerve cells can not make copies of themselves. When you are born with spaces between your hands and feet is caused due to cells dying preventing you from having webbed hands and feet like some animals. All cells eventually shrivel up and die.
